Return Policy

Refund policy

Our policy is valid for a period of 3 calendar days from the date of the purchase. If you would like to return the product for a refund during this period, you may do so provided the conditions below have been met. Please note that if the period of 3 days has lapsed, we can’t, unfortunately, offer you a refund.

Refund requirements

The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:

In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.

Proof of purchase

To complete your refund, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not issue a refund but will provide you with a store credit instead.

Sale and clearance items

Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale or clearance items cannot be returned.

Shipping items

In order to return an order, you must contact us first and obtain and include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization.

Returns can be mailed to: 10010 West Florissant Ave, Saint Louis, MO 63136. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to return. We will not refund the shipping costs.

You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund.

All refunds will be subject to a 30% restocking fee.

Additional Clauses

1. Shipping, freight, service charges, hazardous charges, oversize fees, and drop ship fees are NON-REFUNDABLE
2. Return product within 10 days of receiving your RMA with RMA number on outside of returning package. Product returned without the RMA number on outside of returning package, or past the 10 days deadline will not be accepted for refund or exchange.
3. SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS are NON-RETURNABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE.
4. Returns/exchanges may take up to 6 weeks for processing and credit may be issued on account.
5. It is recommended that you use a shipping carrier that requires a signature for proof of delivery.
6. Cancellation requests for orders that have been processed and prepared for shipment are subject to an additional $15.00 cancellation fee. This is a common carrier fee for package interception.
If you decide you want to cancel your order after the item has shipped, you will be charged the shipping. After you refuse the item(s), and we receive the product back your credit card will be credited the full amount minus the shipping. Some products may be subject to an additional 30% restocking fee.
7. Please check your order upon receipt and within 48 hours of receiving the package. Quickly reporting damages and shortages immediately to customer service (314) 395-8661, help us correct any problems.
